Ranjan leads Global Marketing at PureSoftware, overseeing Corporate Branding, Strategic Communications, Product Positioning, and Demand Generation–led growth. With 16 years of experience across FinTech, SaaS, and Enterprise Technology, he has enabled organizations to navigate complex, competitive markets through integrated marketing programs backed by multi-million-dollar investments and strong enterprise reputation-building across geographies. A builder of high-impact GTM engines, Ranjan has led end-to-end marketing transformations from redefining corporate positioning and driving IPO marketing, to influencing boardroom strategy and supporting billion-dollar customer engagements through marketing-led revenue streams. His expertise spans brand strategy, product marketing, analyst relations, demand generation, reputation management, and global product GTM and launches.
Previously, he held leadership roles at HCLTech and L&T Technology Services, where he led Corporate and Business Marketing teams, managing budgets in the range of USD 1.5–2.0 million and driving measurable brand and pipeline outcomes. Passionate about people and performance, Ranjan is known for building high-performing marketing teams. He has completed his executive education in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.
