One of our clients, a leading CRM product company, wanted to enhance their existing casino relationship management system to improve hospitality services and attract a larger customer base.
Our team conducted a thorough analysis to understand the client’s business requirement. We identified that the client’s existing system had user experience flaws and lacked compatibility with various devices and platforms. Since the client’s existing product was built using legacy ASP technologies, it required migration to the latest technology for enhancement. Additionally, the system was missing new features like daily email alerts and role permission assignment pages, which were crucial for its optimal functionality.
We migrated the existing system application from ASP.NET to ASP.NET Core, optimizing it with the latest features. We established separate Azure app services for different environments, ensuring smooth deployment. A successful Proof of Concept (POC) was conducted for the implementation of the new identity provider, OpenIddict. Our team addressed the code conflicts and errors by conducting thorough testing on both unit and user acceptance levels. We also provided support for deployments and ad-hoc requests.
