The client wanted a drilled down view of the performance metrics of their teams. Their existing tool, service now had technical limitations and had its own predefined reports which restricted them from creating reports from the organization point of view. The client engaged with PureSoftware to create a visual dashboard for a drilled down report to measure performance metrics of their teams.
PureSoftware used a consultative approach with the client and developed a dashboard using power BI and integrated with their existing incident management tool ServiceNow. This personalised dashboard allowed the user to select the metrics of their choice and with different data cuts such as time period, business area etc. This enabled them to create a drilled down report, based on priority, status, assignee etc which led to efficient goal tracking and measure performance metrics.
