The company purchases portfolios of defaulted consumer receivables from major banks, credit unions, and utility providers and works towards financial recovery. Client maintains a strong presence in 9 countries with 6600 employees.
The debt management platform can be a real game-changer for anyone struggling to overcome the biggest pain points in the debt collection process. To fulfil the business needs of our client, there was a need for a systematic debt management ecosystem which would result in smooth debt collection process.
PureSoftware, with their immense domain knowledge and technical expertise, partnered with the client to build an efficient debt management ecosystem. In close collaboration with the client’s team, we analyzed the requirements and pain points to create a front-end application for debt collection agents. The team then designed an integrated system with the Debt Manager application in the middle, integrated with the Consumer Engagement Portal, Operation Portal, LiveVox Dialler, Banking applications and other clients. Our team of experts-built APIs to integrate the system with external client applications and performed ETL on their immensely large database.
This system was designed to provide agents with the correct consumer data, efficient call handling capabilities and smooth debt collection process, ensuring that the state laws are followed.
PureSoftware went on to carry out the project in a managed services model, managing the client’s operations, assisting them with technical roadmaps, system/application integrations and providing complete support and engineering services.
